Elevate Construction Management took on the full pre-construction and construction management scope for Merge Spaces. Elevate staff worked hand in hand with the ownership at Merge Spaces, as well as the community manager to deliver a beautiful coworking and event space product. The scope of this included: removing and reconstructing the façade of the existing building, X-ray scanning for coring of electrical and plumbing work, pouring of a brand new mezanine level, selecting and installing de-mountable partition wall systems, millwork, flooring and FF&E installation.
