Andreas Giannaris, B.Eng., graduated from McMaster University and holds a Post-Graduate Certificate in Environmental Management and Assessment from Niagara College. He has extensive experience in high-rise residential construction and has played a key role in the successful delivery of projects with budgets exceeding $100 million. Andreas’s expertise includes pre-construction planning, contractor negotiations, cost control, and project scheduling, ensuring efficient and high-quality project execution. As Project Manager, he leads multi-disciplinary teams, collaborates closely with consultants and contractors, and proactively identifies and mitigates project risks. He excels in budgeting, document control, and construction coordination, keeping projects on track and meeting client and regulatory requirements.
