Rafael brings over 20 years of construction experience with Camrost-Felcorp, Cresford Developments, Toddglen, and Bluescape Construction Management. His background spans site supervision, shoring, excavation, quantity surveying, and finishing.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering from the Technical University of Civil Engineering Bucharest. Combining technical knowledge with site experience, Rafael brings an understanding of construction sequencing and site operations to Elevate.
